Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us the opportunity to fill your spot and serve other clients. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and apply the cancellation fee.
